Heat treatment

“Bulmachinery Enterprises” Ltd. has heat treatment furnaces made by LOI-SAAR – Germany, located in the welding and assembly workshop and heat treatment area in the tools and machining shop.

“LOI-SAAR” furnaces are able to perform stress relieving after welding, annealing for stabilization of dimensions, normalization and tempering.

Horizontal travelling furnace

• Load capacity – 80 tons
• Dimensions – L= 17 000 mm, B= 6 000 mm, H= 5 500 mm
• Fuel- Natural gas
• Max. temperature- 1 000°C
